I have been thinkin about this alot lately and I want all your inputs...if it doesn't exist already, how about if I look into starting a site for the sixers like O.A.R. and Matt Nathanson have that has free membership and you can track the shows you have been too? It would include setlists, songs, band info, whatever else you would want. The only thing is I would need help from everyone to get it going. If you are wondering what i am talking about, just visit, oarsa.org (OAR) and prettytheworld.com (Matt Nathanson) .... I would only do it if I got the blessing from the band of course, but I wanna no if there is an interest for something like this out there

I think that would be AWESOME. It would be nice to have a website tracking my shows instead of my random word documents that contain the setlists and shows. And, I would be totally willing to help you in anyway. I'd love to be a part of it, just let me know what I can do.

I always use O.A.R.'s site and sometimes use Matt Nathanson's so I definetely think that would be a good idea

I do the same...i think they are great fan tools myself...ive looked into prices too and it wont be all that expensive either....
now here's where i want more imput....what would you want the site name to be...i have some ideas in mind...but i wanna hear your ideas

I think if you have an email out to SK, you're pretty much set. Cousin Jessica would probably be the one to talk to if you get stuck on anything (facts, dates, etc.). I think having a lyric or song title as the name (rather than having sk6ers in the title) is great (like prettytheworld). Maybe something from a classic, defining sk6ers song? Like Anthem of our Discovery, See You Later See You Soon, 4th of July, etc. (I would just vote for something NOT related to 13, Such a Way, or UG..hahaha). Maybe a bunch of names could be put together and then a poll could be started to pick the name. Just an idea. Again - this is such a great idea, bimjelizle05!!

i think this is a great idea! i'm always on here, the sixer's website, and reading people's blogs about shows so this website would be something i think a LOTTT of people would love to use and could get really into. i use the O.A.R. one all the time and i think it would be great!!

I think it would be a great idea to have a site that would partner well with this one. I agree with Jen on the name--something non-cliche. I personally like "SparksandElectricity" from Maria. I'll keep thinking.

"anthemofourdiscovery", while a tad long, might be great because when I googled it as one term, I only got four results, so it definitely wouldn't get lost in the shuffle.

Hey everyone...its bimjelizle05....for some reason i wasn't being let on that name, so i changed it to this. Well everyone, the set is well on its way, I bought the web addresse yesterday, and major work will be done on it this week, I know I said by the end of the week we will be up and running...My deepest appologizes it may not be until the begininng of next week. I will keep you posted. Please let everyone know about the site, I am going to shoot SK an email once it is done and gone live to make mention of the new site at shows, maybe get a link to it on Myspace, their site, facebook, etc. Hope all is well!

This is absolutely amazing. Major props for all your work & the idea of putting this thing together... I'm only disappointed in that I've been gone for the whole summer & couldn't offer my assistance!! I can't wait to see the finished product.
