we'll be cramped into an interior quint on riviera but WHO CARES.

Oh, great! I'm eager to book our cabin, although I've been reading the Sixthman message boards and everyone seems to know each other and we'll stick out like sore thumbs, haha.

nah. don't worry about it. that's only a very small percentage of the people on the boat.

I booked today. I'll also be in a Riviera Interior, but only a quad. I'm bringing my oldest niece next year as her HS graduation present. She is so excited. And finishing business in NOLA is a major bonus. We had pretty much booked the Prince Conti hotel solid. I really hope the pre-party activities live up to what we had planned for 05.

Well...it looks like my friends are bailing. The day I get the presale token. Awesome. So I am putting my feelers out for a spot...anyone know of someone who needs another cabin mate? I'm still a little hesitant to go with strangers but I'm emotionally invested now.

I just was on the "official" Rock Boat message board, and there are several people looking for one or two people to fill their cabin. Maybe you could convince just one of your friends to go, then you wouldn't feel weird about rooming with strangers? It sucks when friends are flaky.

and laura, don't worry about rooming with strangers. there's hardly any room time anyway minus the very few hours at night when you sleep, and the odd time you go back to your room to change or get more liquor...

So last night at the SK solo show I meant to bring my beads and take a picture to post on the rock boat facebook page but I forgot. I think it would be cool if we all brought them to the field day and got a picture (possibly with the band) to post!
