Sooo some of you know, but for those that don't... I'm making a tour book for sk6ers right now.

Now, I just want some general opinions as consumers of this book, lol.

As of now, the book contains an intro/band section (which is all pictures focusing more on them and not the live photos, and introducing each guy and thats it but expands a few pages), and then a tour dates list page, another photo collage page right after it with all live pics, all the setlists, lyrics to the bear songs, 5 or 6 different reviews from various shows/fans, with a page of photos inbetween each review so its not reading page after page (i dont like reading or writing, i prefer looking at pictures, can you tell?), and then the ending and credit page.

that's a briefffff lowdown of course, but i was just wondering if the lyrics is really necessary? i'm having enough issues trying to make the setlist pages look like the rest of it (SO MANY WORDS compared to the other pages)...so to add the lyrics in there too (EVEN MORE WORDS) just overwhelms me.

If you would like the lyrics in the book, say yes. If you dont think it matters, say no. I mean, i know how easy it is to look up lyrics on the internet anyway, but if this book is a reference book from the tour, having the bear album lyrics might be good, too.

    Helppp.

i don't think the lyrics are really necessary. the people that will ultimately buy the book probably already know every word to every song anyway. right?

    yeah, that too.

sixers fans seem pretty intuitive with lyrics... or if they're not, theyre determined to figure them out some way or another anyway.

I don't think the lyrics are necessary. The photos and setlists are really the important thing as far as tour books go, I think.

I like lyrics, but I guess they aren't "neccessary".

Maybe they could be faded into the background or something :)

    (Oh, and very cool!)

i could use them as more of an imagery thing rather than an actual resource... but that might go against what i'm aiming for this book to look like... :\

im just thinking that i already knew most of them just from listening to the album a lot before i even wrote them out for the book... so i imagine most fans (like me) do, too.

I have to say that I was bummed that there wasn't a digital booklet with lyrics when I bought the Bear on iTunes. I like to have a reference for when SK mumbles, and I can't find them on the website anywhere.

I don't think the lyrics need to be in the book, but I'd love to see them on the SK6ERS web site...hint, hint!!

haha yeah it'd be nice to have them, but i don't think a tour book is the right place for them!!

the #1 place is the album jacket, so... that's lame, sk6ers. that's lame. they just want to see us work for our knowledge...

Ideally I'd like to see them put out one of those little mini magazines like they did for the five year tour with the lyrics for the Bear.
