So, this is the time of year when you start thinking to yourself, "What am I going to do for New Year's Eve?" Now, there is a lot to do and a lot to choose from, but let me tell you from experience; going to that 100 dollar open bar, or that crowded party where everyone is squished into a room and there's a dog sniffing everyone's butt and there's some dude on the couch you don't know passed out - These things are lame. And also, a let down.
But coming to our show at The Ridgefield Theater on New Year's Eve will not be a let down. How does that sound? For once in your life your New Year's plans WILL NOT BE A LET DOWN. Here's why...
SK6ERS are playing you silly fool!! We are going to put on a very special show that evening, after The Alternate Routes play a wonderful opening set. We are going to bring in the new year TOGETHER. What is a better way than that? And for posterity's sake, you will be able to take the show home with you. Because everyone who attends the show will be able to digitally download a live recording. How many NYE's have you been able to take home with you other than a digital camera full of drunk pics where your friend Liz is dancing with some dude named "Rick" who she met that night... I mean, whatever...
So, we hope to see you there. We can't think of a better way to celebrate than to have all of our wonderful fans together in one place to bring in the new year.
