This was the weirdest SK6ers concert I have ever been to. First of all, we walked in saw the small stage and we were like, "Where's the actual stage?" Then we saw Boot's drum kit and it was like, Oh, well let's make the best of this. Plus, there were high schoolers everywhere. I have never felt so old and I'm under 25. But, the guys made the best of what they had. I felt so bad for Stephen when he had to stop during Father's Day. But the versions of Start the Day Early and Hurt and Heart were great. Totally worth the 5 hour trip!

It was a great show, despite the weird set-up and rude people! It was through sheer luck that my friends and I ended up right in front of Goose during the show. I was surprised that people weren't more pushy, but then again, I'm used to Hanson shows. :)

    What happened during 'Fathers's Day'?

Glad to hear the show was good, though!

Because some people weren't there for the actual show, they talked pretty LOUDLY during the whole song, even though SK asked them at the beginning to be quiet just for this song, so during the song he turned his back on the audience and played for awhile and told them that that's what it feels like to him when everyone talks...that we're turning our backs on HIM. He was pretty upset, but made it through the song. The venue was not the best...there were tables everywhere, so the people that actually wanted to stand up and dance/sing had to stand in the WAY back, or off to the side by our makeshift merch table...and kept getting in the way of the waiters and everything. The show was great; the venue...not so great! I was glad they played Hurt and Heart though, because that's one that I have not heard live yet! And they did a GREAT cover of Seven Bridges Road that gave me goosebumps like crazy!

I agree with what has been said so far...it was a great show! I was REALLY happy to hear Blue Jean, Hurt & Heart, and some covers I hadn't heard before.

The venue was awful...probably the worst I've ever been to. It was like they were supposed to be a house band for people eating dinner instead of a concert.

I was excited as soon as I heard the first part of Blue Jean. It is one of my favorites. But yeah, we were standing in the back and we had these people in a table in front of us who were intent on just being pains. But I loved the whole concert and I got to talk to the band more than some big shows so it was great.

Oh, and how funny were the guys dancing with the old women? Hilarious!

They would have been funnier if they hadn't gotten RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME and basically forced me out of my spot, haha. But it was all good - I'm glad the crowd finally got into it more!

    Bah! Hurt and Heart!?!?!

Sorry about the show/audience. :( Some people suck.
